PORTFOLIO REVIEWS PUBLISHING

Follow these 3 simple steps:


Add a portfolio review help:

Portfolio Review Name: A title for your portfolio reviews (generic is fine in this instance)

Portfolio Review Subtitle: An optional subtitle, possibly the name of the reviewer

Add to your profile: You should already have added your profile to the website. If you did not do this, please return to your Fotoura Account page and follow the directions to ‘Add a profile’

WHERE

Venue: The venue for your portfolio reviews will need to be added to the website, either by you or another user, before you can select it from this drop-down list. If it has not yet been added, you will need to visit the +ADD A VENUE page to do so before your portfolio review listing can be completed.

Unless you offer only online services, it is recommended that you add a venue for your listing, even if you do not have one primary point of operation, so that users who are searching by location will still be able to find your entry.

WHEN

Portfolio Review Start Date: Use the calendar to select the start date for your portfolio review

Portfolio Review Start Time: Select the starting time for your portfolio review from the dropdown menu

Portfolio Review End Date: Use the calendar to select the end date for your portfolio review

Portfolio Review End Time: Select the ending time for your portfolio review from the dropdown menu

If you offer portfolio reviews year-round, then do not select any dates or times for your listing and it will remain live on the site until you remove or archive it.

WHY

This section is an opportunity for you to highlight what makes your portfolio reviews unique. What distinguishes your portfolio reviews from others on offer?

PHOTO

Add a photo. This is the main photo that will show up at the top of your portfolio review listing, and is also the first thing users will see when your listing comes up in a search or is featured on the homepage of the website.

The image will ideally be an 800 x 800 pixel square, minimum 400 pixel x 400 pixels. See our guide to adding photos to Fotoura for further information.

DOWNLOAD

This section will not be relevant to you unless you have created an in-app download to accompany your portfolio reviews. If you are interested in finding out more about this option, see in-app downloads.

BOOKING / SUB

Portfolio Review Contact Email: The email address at which you would like to be contacted for enquiries related to your portfolio reviews (optional)

Portfolio Review Contact Phone Number: The phone number at which you would like to be contacted for enquiries related to your portfolio reviews (optional)

Portfolio Review Website: The website address at which users can find further information about your portfolio reviews and how to book them. Please be sure to use the full URL for your site, including the ‘http://’ at the beginning.

Portfolio Review Cost: The cost of booking a portfolio review

DETAILS

Portfolio Review Description: This is your opportunity to really ‘sell’ your portfolio reviews and give the public a detailed description of what kinds of work will be accepted for review, background information about the portfolio reviewer, and any other information about the portfolio reviews or reviewer that might be of interest to potential participants.

CATEGORIES

Please tick the boxes that are relevant to your portfolio reviews. These will help users find your listing when they search according to various related criteria. If you are unclear on whether a particular category applies to your portfolio review or how to classify the skill level(s) of photographers you would like to sign up, please scroll down to the bottom of the page for a list of definitions.

PUBLISHING

Website Publish Status:

Archive: Choose this option if your event is not active currently, but you want it to appear on the website (e.g. you run a course regularly, but it does not have any scheduled dates currently; or you held an exhibition and wish to leave the details and images up on the site for visitors’ reference)

Live: Choose this option if you are satisfied with the details you have filled in about your event; it will be published to the website once you hit ‘save’.

Private: Choose this option if you wish to return to the event listing at a later point before completing it; it will not be published on the website until you change this setting.
