Welcome to Fotoura. Fotoura is a self-publishing photography site that allows anyone involved in photography-related activities to publish their activities in one place. That means that anyone interested in getting involved in something photographic, from taking a course to visiting an exhibition, only has to look in one place.
All of the information you will find in Fotoura comes from the photography community itself — all the courses, exhibitions and other information have been published by the organisers of or participants in those events. Our job is simply to help connect you directly with the sources of all these great events and activities, and make it easier for you to find out about the great exhibitions or activities that are taking place on your doorstep, across the UK and beyond.
Fotoura is also a resource for photographers and other members of the photography community to promote themselves and connect with one another by uploading portfolios, submitting images for review, tracking and reviewing events of interest, and much more.
Fotoura is still new, so we are constantly evolving. Please take a look around and let us know what you think. In the meantime, we will be continually adding more activities and features to the site, so be sure to check back regularly.
If you would like to add your own photography activities and events to Fotoura, or would like to join the community in order to stay in the loop, please sign up to Fotoura. It's completely free and once you are signed up and you've created your own profile you will be able to publish activities to this site.
